1. Return/Exchange

For any claim — Parcel unboxing video is mandatory. If an unboxing video is not available, no complaint can be registered.

Once your order has been correctly delivered, there will be no option for refund, return, replacement, or exchange.

However, if a product is damaged in transit or a wrong product is received, a replacement can be placed within 24 hours of delivery. (Unboxing video is mandatory for such claims).

Our products are non-returnable after delivery due to hygiene, health, and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

Please note that natural ingredients can react differently to individuals. Always perform a patch test before use (procedure mentioned on packaging). Refunds or replacements due to skin sensitivity/reaction will not be entertained.

Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Perenne Cosmetics.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded as they are non-refundable service charges
- Once your claim has been approved, replacement products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- All claims for cancellation must be reported to customer service (9643963434 / 8860226469 or info@perennecosmetics.com & orders@perennecosmetics.com) within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Refunds

We DO NOT provide any cash refunds.

In case of approved claims (wrong/damaged product), only replacement will be issued.

Refunds to Perenne Glow Miles/credit wallet will not apply in case of correctly delivered orders.
3. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updates may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the bank's applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Our products are liable for VAT in India.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provider who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
Out of Stock Situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However, in case, the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of Products

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/stores/offices from various points in India. Delivery timelines remain 5–8 business days for metros, 8–12 for non-metros.

Orders are delivered via our staff/courier/logistics partners, usually between 10:00 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Goods will require signature at delivery. We take no responsibility if signed by someone other than the ordering customer at the address provided.

Since transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page or customer service. The shortage must also be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Q1. Can I return or exchange my product?
No. Once your order has been correctly delivered, we do not accept any return, refund, or exchange due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products.
Q2. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your product arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory parcel unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts/edits).

Yes. A clear parcel unboxing video is mandatory for any claim of missing, damaged, or wrong products. Claims without video proof cannot be entertained.

Q6. What if the product doesn’t suit my skin?
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of personal sensitivity, dislike of fragrance/texture, or “change of mind.” Please perform a patch test before use and consult our team for guidance prior to purchase.

Once approved, replacement products are shipped within 7–10 business days.
