No. Once your order has been correctly delivered, we do not accept any return, refund, or exchange due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products.

If your product arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory parcel unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts/edits).

No cash refunds are provided. Only replacement will be issued in case of approved claims (wrong/damaged product with proof).
Q4. Is an unboxing video really necessary?
Yes. A clear parcel unboxing video is mandatory for any claim of missing, damaged, or wrong products. Claims without video proof cannot be entertained.
